The product is good, arrived in 13 days. I'm afraid there are scratches on it. My guess is that it was opened at customs and transported very carefully by our excellent cargo companies (intermediate cargo) and it didn't happen at the time(!). Not for that price in Turkey. About the product, the outlet is in our right direction, no converter is needed. Turning on the cold on winter day and turning on the heat from 15 degrees to warm to 25 degrees, that's an average 15 seconds. I mean, it's all right when you're using it hot, but sometimes you have to wait at least 10 to 15 seconds before it's cold water comes in and it's hot again. That might be the only negative that's a short cable.

Ürün iyi, 13 günde geldi. Maalesef üstünde cizikler var. Tahminimce gümrükte açılıp mükemmel kargo şirketlerimiz (aras kargo ile geldi) tarafından çok özenlice taşınmış ve o esnada olmamıştır(!). Türkiye'de bu fiyata yok. Ürün hakkinda ise prizi bize uygun şekilde, çeviriciye gerek yok. Kış günü soğuğu açıp kullandıktan sonra sıcağı açınca 15 derecelerden ılık yani 25 derecelere gelmesi ort 15 saniye. Yani hep sicak kullanirken iyi ama arada buz gibi su gelip tekrar sicak olmasi icin en az 10-15 sn beklemek gerekiyor. Kablosu kisa tek olumsuz yanı bu olabilir.

The product has good design and works very well but for me it have 2 problems : 1 - power consuption, 3Kw , in Italy is the maximum allowed in a normal family, so the energy counter shut down the energy ! 2- the temperature is not settable and not stoppable, so it go up until 55 °C , too much for human skin ! for both problems I have to open the faucet for 10 seconds and then close it, then I have to use cold water and then reopen hot water, is not confortable but if you manage well these problems the faucet works well, hot water in 6 seconds !!!
